Paper labelled square tin with hinged lid. The label is in fair condition with minimal ware marks from use. The original opening of the paper seal was done so with much care as not to damage the paper. The label on top of the tin is in good condition and the text can be easily read.
The label on the front of the tin is damaged, affecting the text and the bird (See photos attached). The paper has started to flake in places due to the tins age and the glue which was used at the time of manufacture has started to affected the quality of the paper, resulting in the label being discoloured in places. (See photos attached)
There are a couple of dents in the tin, one large dent on the front, causing the tin to be pushed in on the left, and one smaller dent on the inside of the lid.
