The turning mechanism is broken. The music does not play and Snoopy does not pop up by himself, the leaver at the front of the tin can be opened by hand and Snoopy than will be released form inside.
Pressed metal tin with curved edges and hinged lid. Pictures and text are printed onto the music box. There are scratches and rust on the tin which have affected the original condition for the music box.
